Honestly, my NAFA was damm bloody weak in Sit n Reach...
I bucked up n achieve a 4 points... WAHHH !!! 1st time in my NAFA sia...
I was was so so so so HAPPY n Excited.... Aft taking, i stood up n JUMPED ! ! ! hahahahaha
But to every1 of u guys, sit-ups of 60 is very good le means 1sec do 1... But u noe smting ?
MY Target is 75 n wanna achieve the school's top record... Sianzzz but i tel myself not to b sad n discriminated... i still hav RETEST in PElessons.... hahahaha so far now, B4 taking my 2.4km run... I am a temporary Gold award taker achiever le... HAHA so happy! ! ! !
